30-Day Satisfaction Promise

If your gear isn’t what you expected, let us know within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

How it works:


  • Item must be in good condition and returned with original packaging.

  • Choose a refund or exchange.

  • Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are built by hand to your specifications. These cannot be returned or refunded unless the product arrives defective or damaged.

Every piece of TFS gear is crafted to last. If your gear fails due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it — for life.

This does not cover:


  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage from misuse, modification, or accidents

Shipping Info


  • Orders ship within 1–3 business days

  • Tracking details are sent by email once your order ships

  • Currently, we ship within the U.S. only
